Iron pipe accent lamp with toggle switch, cage guard, vintage, Edison, industrial, modern, metal, rustic, steampunk, table lamp, desk lamp.
This is a handmade industrial lamp made from 3/4" iron pipe fittings and a black bulb cage. This lamp employs a black plastic toggle on/off switch housed in a metal electrical box. Cord exits the rear of the electrical box.
Pieces are unfinished for a rugged, authentic look and feel, though they do have a clear coat enamel to protect against rust, corrosion, tarnishing and chipping. As such, slight variations and imperfections are to be expected. The iron has a natural gunmetal color.

Things that make my lamps unique and superior to those by other sellers:
– Thicker pipes. Many sellers use 1/2" pipes. I use 3/4" pipe in most of my lamps.
– 3-prong grounded cords. Other sellers' lamps will almost always use normal 2-prong lamp cords that may not even be polarized.
– Thicker wire. I use high-quality 14-gauge copper wire for all the internal wiring in all my lighting fixtures. This ensures maximum safety, conductivity, and efficiency. Other sellers are likely to use poor-quality 18-22 gauge wire.
– Crimped and heat shrunk wire connections.
– Longer cords. Most lamp cords are 6 ft. or 8 ft. long. My cords are 10 ft. long.
– Securely screwed-in sockets. I have seen many of these types of lamps with sockets that are glued, taped, or simply "sitting" in a pipe fitting.
– Stress reliefs.
